Buon Vino has the distinct pleasure of welcoming winemaking superstar Joe Wagner, on Thursday April 28th. We will feature wines from across the Copper Cane portfolio including the Quilt Reserve Cabernet and the super limited 2011 Belle Glos Taylor Lane from Magnum!

"Joseph is a fifth generation Napa Valley winemaker with a dedicated passion for the business. Joe’s roots in the winemaking began at an early age. His family founded Caymus Vineyards in Napa Valley.

In 2001 at age nineteen, he rolled up his sleeves and has yet to look back. His passion and natural talent for winemaking quickly became apparent after he started his own award-winning single vineyard Pinot Noir label, Belle Glos."

Due to high demand for these tickets we are offering a seating at 5pm and one at 7pm. Please click the link below to select your desired seating. We look forward to seeing you!

Featured Wines

NV Steorra Brut, Russian River Valley | $21.99

Non-vintage Pinot Noir Chardonnay Brut style sparkling from the Russian River Valley made in an elegant soft style with a fine bead and flavors of lemon sherbet, luscious cream, subtle toastiness and a fresh finish.

2021 Belle Glos Pinot Noir Blanc "Oeil de Perdrix" | $21.99

Pale pink with a copper hue, this wine has the classic ‘eye of the partridge’ color. Citrus-driven aromas carry through to the palate. On entry, bright acidity and flavors of pink grapefruit and lemon zest enliven the orange creamsicle notes, while hints of dried apricot and sweet spice add complexity. The brightness verges on minerality, but there is so much weight that the richness balances out the firm acidity and carries the flavors of dried fruit through to the long-lasting finish.

2011 Belle Glos Taylor Lane Magnum, Sonoma Coast | $200 - Sale $150

Dark violet to ruby red in color this pinot noir has aromas of Bing cherry, blackberry, pepper, tobacco, and forest floor on the nose. Flavors of cherry, apple, and blackberry are balanced with pleasant acidity and nice minerality resulting in excellent depth and concentration that lingers through to the silky, smooth, and supple finish. This wine tastes great now until 2028.

2018 Elouan Missoulan Wash, Oregon | $45 - Sale 3+$29.99

This wine is a deep Scarlett in color with lush and fragrant aromas of dried cranberry, raspberry, cocoa, and spice. Velvety and elegant flavors of raspberry and ripe cherry with layers of cedar and allspice. Rich and balanced with refined tannins. Pairs well with risotto with truffle and Parmesan, honey garlic glazed salmon with asparagus, or tuna tartar.

2019 Quilt Cabernet, Napa Valley | $55 - Sale 3+ $41.99

Deep, dark brick red to blood plum. A seamless blend of crème de cassis, hazelnut, cocoa, blackberry preserves, a charry meat toastiness, dark fruits and blackberry pie along with suggestions of dark licorice, stewed rhubarb, strawberry, spice and vanillin. Rich and satisfying with chocolate brownie, yogurt, molasses, brown sugar and rhubarb notes presented in perfect balance with higher-toned fruit emphasis.

2016 Quilt Reserve Cabernet, Napa Valley | $110 - Sale $99

Deep, dark ruby red. A complex and bold assemblage of dark currant, chocolate hazelnut cream, coffee beans, dark and dense fruits, vanilla, red plum, baking spices and wild berry, along with hints of strawberry, wild field herbs, tobacco and roasted meats. Bold and intense, with blackberry cobbler, crème de cassis, toasted hazelnut, chocolate, toffee and strawberry judiciously balanced with dark and wild berry fruits, licorice, cardamom seeds and baked rhubarb pie. A full-bodied wine with layers of complexity, concentrated black fruit and excellent balance. The wine’s breadth and structure is complemented by a supple, velvety mouthfeel, with the wine coating the mouth with satisfying tannins. The finish is long and satisfying.
