Cabernet Franc has been an important varietal at Dyer Vineyard since our first vintage. It flourishes in our volcanic Diamond Mountain soils making a wine that is both mineral, aromatic and lush with softer tannins than the famed tannins of Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Cabernet Franc has been critical in our blends and, since 2013, we have bottled a small amount of 100% Cabernet Franc.
