You can order via the Shop page.

    1. Select a category, search, or sort the products you’d like to view.
    2. Once you’ve found a product you’d like to purchase, click Add to Cart.
    3. A box will display in the upper right hand corner and will show you what is in your cart.
    4. If you’d like to purchase more items, start again from step 1, otherwise, continue to step 5.
    5. Go to your cart by clicking the shopping bag in the top, right hand corner of the site.
    6. From this page you can calculate shipping or enter a coupon.
      • NOTE: If you enter an item into the shopping cart and are notified that there are no shipping options, that is for one of two reasons:
        1. Shipping alcohol, by law, is restricted to your state.
        2. The item is a tasting item that must be done locally and in person.
    7. Once you are happy with your cart, select Proceed to Checkout to initiate the checkout process.
    8. Enter your billing information and if you’d like to ship to a different address, select Ship to a different address? near the bottom of the page. Also select your shipping option, any additional notes about the order you might have, as well as your credit card information for payment.
    9. Once all required fields are filled, select PLACE ORDER.
    10. You will now be taken to a confirmation page with your order number and what you ordered. You will also receive an email with that information.

You can order via the Wine Clubs page.

    1. Select a category, search, or sort the products you’d like to view.
    2. Once you’ve found a Wine Club you’d like to join, click Add to Cart.
    3. A box will display in the upper right hand corner and will show you what is in your cart.
    4. If you’d like to purchase more items, start again from step 1, otherwise, continue to step 5.
    5. Go to your cart by clicking the shopping bag in the top, right hand corner of the site.
    6. From this page you can calculate shipping or enter a coupon.

You can access your account by clicking “My Account” in the top menu of the page or you can go to your account page here.

You can edit your Wine Club subscription under My Subscriptions on your account page here.

You can edit your address under My Addresses on your account page here.

You can edit your payment methods under Manage My Payment Methods on your account page here.

You can edit your account email or password under Edit Account Details on your edit account page here.

You can look up tracking for your order under Track My Order on your track my order page here. You will need the Order ID/# and you will need the billing email used for the order.

You can can logout of your account several different ways.

  1. Place your mouse of the My Account option in the main menu at the top of the site. A drop-down will appear with a Logout button at the bottom.
  2. From your account page, in the sidebar on the left, click Logout.
  3. Or you can logout by clicking this link.
